Freeway noise bothersome, very loud people in the hallways awoke us multiple times - even after calling to front desk for assistance.

It was conventienly located to food and stores.

I hated the fact they had a night club with loud music that you can hear 5 floors up.

I was very unhappy with the nightclub they had in the hotel and that you can hear very clearly the music thumping in your room when your trying sleep. Not to mention the noisy drunks that were staying in the hotel after the club closed. ...read more

Location is 20 miles from downtown SF.

Enjoyed the hotel stay. Very comfortable and clean. Staff was very nice and responsive. Location was a long way from Downtown SF, so not likely a choice if traveling there again. Traffic was bad in and out of the city. ...read more
